Party Bus is recognized as one of the premier party bus
service companies in Oklahoma for myriad reasons. Namely, our party buses
are smoke free and meticulously maintained, our drivers are
professionally trained and attired, and our customer service is
unmatched.
How
much does renting a Party Bus cost?
Rates for
renting a party bus vary depending on the night of the week,
whether its a holiday or prom season, and how long you intend to
rent a bus. For exact pricing based on your requirements please

How far
in advance should I make reservations?
Our reservation policy is simple: First come, first serve. With
this in mind, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as
you have a date selected. Special events like prom night and
concerts are a must for early booking as the demand is
particularly high at these times.
What are your hours of operation?
Our dispatch office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to
5:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Our
vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Do I need to pay a deposit to
make a reservation?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a specific
date with our company.
How much do I tip the driver?
We have an automatic 20% gratuity payable to the driver at the
time of your scheduled pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Normal reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of pick-up will
be refunded the schedule fee. The full fare will be charged for
cancellations where the 72 hour notice was not given for normal
reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel
seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation
specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO
REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows
at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged
full fare.
What are the acceptable methods of
payment?
Cash, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and cashier's checks are all acceptable forms of
payment. Personal and business checks will be accepted with
prior approval only. We reserve the right to deny anyone service
who cannot provide the proper identification at the time of
payment.
What is your minimum hourly
requirement?
There is a four (4) hour minimum in most instances. There is a six hour minimum during
proms, holidays and special events. There are exceptions for
airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us
with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor
the trip to your needs.
Can I bring/drink alcohol on the
bus?
In accordance with state, local, and federal laws, alcohol may
be consumed on the bus if all passengers are over the legal
drinking age of 21 years. If any passengers are under 21 years
of age then alcohol is prohibited while on the bus. This policy
is strictly enforced.
Can I smoke on the bus?
Smoking is forbidden on our buses without exception. If anyone
in a party is found smoking the entire group may be removed from
the bus without refund.
How
far will the bus travel?
Our standard service stays within the Oklahoma City metropolitan
area, including Edmond, Moore, Norman, Yukon, and the Midwest
City area. Trips beyond the metro area may require an additional
fee. Please consult your reservations specialist for specific
details.
